WHO ARE WE?

FEMME FORWARD is a non-profit organisation that strives to highlight the work of women and non-binary designers, as they are often overshadowed working in the heavily male dominated industry. A survey found that women make up just 22 per cent of the design workforce, even though seven out of 10 students taking design at A level are women. This shows that many women are qualified, yet not being accepted into successful job roles.

At FEMME FORWARD we aim to celebrate the work of new and old designers, and help create a more equal and inclusive environment for people to express their art and inspire one another.
